1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GetBnbLaunch ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
GetBnbLaunch provides personalized digital documents for entrepreneurs looking to start a short-term rental management or Airbnb business. These documents include market analysis, business plans, legal guides, operational playbooks, and other supporting materials.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: $39 - $89 USD depending on package selected.
Payment: Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Documents are delivered immediately after payment confirmation as downloadable PDF files.
A copy of documents is also sent via email to the address provided during checkout.
5. Customer Responsibility - IMPORTANT
You are solely responsible for saving your documents.
Documents are available for immediate download after payment and a copy is sent via email.
GetBnbLaunch does not store copies of generated documents on our servers.If you lose access to your documents (browser cache cleared, lost email access, etc.), we cannot provide replacement copies.
We strongly recommend downloading your documents immediately and saving them to multiple locations.
6. No Refunds Policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once documents have been generated and delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refunds policy.
If you experience technical issues preventing access to your documents immediately after payment, please contact us at support@getbnblaunch.com.
7. Intellectual Property
Generated documents are provided for your personal and commercial use. However, reselling, redistributing, or making documents freely available to third parties is strictly prohibited. The structure, templates, and methodologies used remain the property of GetBnbLaunch.
8. Disclaimer
The documents provided are for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
GetBnbLaunch shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the customer based on the documents provided, nor for any direct or indirect consequences of using these documents.
We recommend consulting qualified professionals (attorney, CPA, financial advisor) for any legal or financial matters.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

GetBnbLaunch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable are those in effect at the time of your purchase.
